The Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has developed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, which have been established as best practice guidelines for all Australian government websites.
The Envestra website design incorporates a number of the W3C recommendations and undergoes regular reviews to identify and resolve accessibility issues.
