Envestra produces the following communications for shareholders each year:

• Annual Report (to 30 June);
• Half-Year Report (to 31 December);
• Notice of Annual General Meeting;
• Annual General Meeting speeches; and
• Report on proceedings at the Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders can be notified by the Share Registry via email when these items are available on our webiste.

Announcements

Envestra makes announcements to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) of all material information affecting the Company’s activities in accordance with the disclosure obligations contained in ASX Listing Rules and Envestra’s Continuous Disclosure Policy.

Announcements include:

• Results for full and half-year periods;
• General market announcements; and
• Media releases.

Annual General Meetings

Envestra’s Annual General Meeting is held in late October/early November.
