Standard & Poor's Rating (BBB-/A-3)
Standard & Poor's undertakes an annual
creditworthiness rating of Envestra. The Company's rating was downgraded in 2006, however, it remains an investment grade rating of A-3 short-term and BBB- long-term. The rating recognises the stable and predictable nature of the Company's operations, the quality of its assets and the regulated nature of the business.
